In this week of our classes, we got to working on our layouts for our booklets. I created my master pages and learned how to coordinate colour schemes that work well with the different layouts and my narratives. Playing around with these master pages were not only fun to experiment with but also made me understand the dynamic of InDesign and understand the different ways in which it allows you to adjust the layouts according to your preference. Here is the final layout I made by the end of class along with the final master page layouts:

Learning how to create separate master pages according to my desired layout for my whole booklet was challenging because sometimes it got confusing and complicated to work with the InDesign software. Trying to navigate around the idea of creating master pages was at first frustrating because I accidentally ended up making changes directly on the spreads instead of the master pages. Although, the more mistake I made and the more accustomed I got to understanding the software, I realised how much efficient and educational it can be to work with InDesign because makes it easier for you to make layouts that can be as complicated as magazines, booklets, or even newspapers in the most simplified of formats.
