In the tenth week receding Holi, my group and I got to discuss the recurring themes in the movies we watched and draw parallels between their themes, motifs and symbolisms. As we discussed and dove deeper into the analysis of each movie, we noticed how Dor, Astitva, and Paheli have overlapping themes of progressive feminism, hope, loyalty, and diversity, whereas movies such as Khosla Ka Ghosla and Rang De Basanti have themes of acceptance, and loyalty, too.

We chose to narrow down the themes we collated from each other and settled on these five:
1. Forgiveness
2. Loyalty
3. Progressive Feminism
4. Culture
5. Acceptance
