In the eleventh week of our classes, we got to brainstorm and collate common themes in our movies and draw parallels between them in order to depict it in form of a poem, artwork, installation, etc. I planned on narrowing my ideation down to progressive feminism as a theme and planned on focusing my lens on comparing the two ways society depicts women and creates their own narrative around them.

Below is the rough ideation for my double sided poster:

I plan on depicting a woman, smiling and look effervescent, with words of positivity behind her, shining through, making her look happy and confident, portraying what a woman really is. On the back side I plan on portraying what the reality of this situation is and how society really views a woman. I decided that this approach would be important to take because it is important to impart the message of feminism, especially in this day and age of it being progressive I several other countries, although not so much in India.
