This week, we brought in more ideas for our concept sketches. We negotiated different materials, ways in which we can depict our concept sketches into reality. We created two more concept sketches, so five in total. We later on went ahead and brainstormed a wider variety of materials to use, ranging from safety pins and styrofoam, to springs and magnets. We tried not limiting our ideas only to MDF itself. This made me realise the versatile nature of materials and how professional engineers and artists around the work to manipulate them to bring their ideas to life in them most efficient way possible.
