As we dove into the eleventh week of studio, we discussed certain questions and objectives we could focus on to gather a better understanding of the area we were going to explore.
Our Apects were:
-Food
-Architecture
-Fine arts
-Landmarks
-People
As we got to exploring these aspects within the chosen area, we noticed how different yet similar they are. During our visit, we learned how despite the fact that these aspects are different and unique, they all come into play with each other and somehow interact with each other. People, affect fine arts, and vice versa. The food choices depend on the people, landmarks depend on the architecture. We learned to view these aspects not as a single slide, but as a complex kaleidoscope, with several viewpoints, interrelated with each other and communicating with each other, yet acting as one whole: Kala Ghoda.
