This week, we finished our wearables completely. We wanted to use a diverse and sustainable amount of material overall and hence expanded our research to broader and more complex materials. Below is out material research:

Magnets have two opposite ends, the positive and the negative, and because the opposites attract, we wanted to show this movement and attraction of our “Fist Bump” wearables using colours. We deliberately painted them two different colours.
We initially began working with metal roads instead of wooden ones to connect the two squares, but then we faced challenges working with metal because of its density and heavy weight which would make the model look lopsided. So then we decided to switch to wooden sticks which were a lot heavier and reasonable.
